As a student, how do we need to stay awake during classes? Staying awaken in class is very important because it can affect our study. If we fall asleep during classes, it will take away from your learning process because the lecturer will not wait for you. To prevent falling asleep during classes, we should always sleep early, have a healthy life and take a light meal before class.
For a student to prevent falling sleep during classes is student must always sleep early. Every student must sleep before eleven in the night. This is because eleven in the night is the best time to rest our brain. Other than that, we must always have a motivation to study. For example, we should know our goal so we should do our revision after every class. When we pay attention during classes we will understand what the lecturer is teaching about and will not lose interest in our study.
Normally many students will go for clubbing, chatting by using facebook, or going out with friend to have a mid night tea at night. Not only this, some of the students will spend their time playing computer game such as dota, counter struck and others. These all are the reasons why nowadays student usually sleep during classes. To prevent students sleeping during class, students must stop all these bad and unhealthy habits immediately because a healthy life will guarantee a good future and prospect.
The last but not least, before going to class, students must take a nap of about 30 minutes to rest our brain. Other than that, we also can drink some coffee before going to class or stay alert such as doing some exercises like walking, short run and jog. Furthermore, we should always pay attention and take some short notes so that we will concentrate better and understand the lecture during classes.
Lastly, I hope all students will follow my instruction on how to keep awake during classes. Attitude is very important to us in our daily life.
